General terms and conditions of the contract of carriage

These General Terms and Conditions of the Contract of Carriage (hereinafter referred to as the General Terms and Conditions) set out the main terms and conditions for the provision of the freight transport service, the rights and obligations of the parties, payment terms, etc. The General
Terms and Conditions together with the Special Terms and Conditions of the Contract of Carriage, if such have been signed by the parties, and with each separately approved Order shall constitute a Contract of Carriage by Road (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) between the Carrier and the Customer.
