In 2023, the Integre Trans group of companies plans to maintain a similar growth rate as in the recent years

Integre Trans turnover grew by 61% in 2022 and rapidly expanded its own fleet of trucks.

According to Žana Kel, the manager and owner of the company, the growth in both income and profitability was primarily driven by the expanded own fleet of trucks. This allowed the company to carry out a greater number of transport operations by itself, which were previously transferred by its forwarders to other carriers.

Integre Trans completed 2022 with close to 1000 own trucks (DAF, Mercedes, Iveco and 10 LPG-powered Scania) and 1,200 semi-trailers. Last year, the company increased its transport capacity and significantly renewed its fleet of trucks. The company has already purchased about 400 new trucks and plans to expand even more rapidly in 2023 with the purchase of 500 new trucks from Mercedes-Benz, DAF, Volvo and other manufacturers. Over the next 3-4 years the company plans to grow its own fleet to 3,500 trucks.

“Not only the base of new customers is expanding – the needs of the existing customers are also growing. By investing in a fleet of new trucks, we aim to maintain over the next three years the rapid growth pace of the group of companies, at which we were growing over the last few years. By renewing the fleet of trucks, we can not only effectively manage the costs, but also ensure high environmental standards. Sustainability is one of the strategic directions of the company and one of the important conditions of competitiveness“, – stated Žana Kel, the manager and owner of Integre Trans.

The number of the company employees is growing alongside the scope of the activities. In 2022 Integre Trans has 1703 employees. Ž. Kel explains that, in the recent years, the growth has primarily been supported by newly hired drivers.

The changing geopolitical situation and Russia’s war in Ukraine also did not significantly affect the activities and financial results of the company because all the customers and suppliers of Integre Trans are in Western Europe, transport services are performed only in the territory of Western Europe and in the United Kingdom. More than 2,000 strategic customers, which work in various sectors, a stable fleet growth, investments in IT solutions and technologies, quality assurance and, of course, constant attention to own employees ensure the stability of the activities of the group of companies.
