On 16 May 2024 at 4 p.m., lntegre Trans UAB (the “Issuer“), the securities of which (the “Bonds“), ISIN LT0000407553, are listed and admitted to trading on the alternative market of Nasdaq First North, will hold a meeting with the Issuer’s employees, in accordance with Article 208 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania, in relation to the Issuer’s possible restructuring process, to be carried out pursuant to the Law on Insolvency of Legal Persons of the Republic of Lithuania, the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other mutatis mutandis applicable provisions of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
