Sales Manager

Fast-growing freight transportation, warehousing, and other logistics services company Integre Trans GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic sales manager.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven person for this position with various responsibilities, including presenting the company, searching for new clients and selling transportation services, regular meetings with clients, and ensuring the highest client satisfaction level.

Key activities:
  • Searching for new clients and making commercial offers.
  • Presenting the company and selling services to potential customers.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Selling transportation services to major companies in Germany.
  • Regular meetings with clients.
  • Participating in exhibitions/conferences.
  • Constant communication with colleagues: transport managers, route coordinators, route planners.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills (writing and verbal).
  • Fluent in English, German, French. Knowledge of Italian or Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Ability to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Highly self-motivated and initiative.
